Calcium (calcium carbonate)- 800 mg (100% GDA*),
Magnesium (magnesium oxide) – 400 mg (107% GDA*),
Zinc (zinc gluconate) – 20 mg (200% GDA*)
Vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol) – 10 mcg (400UI) / (200% GDA*).

Oral, one tablet twice per day, after meals.
